Job Summary

Senior Consultant within the First Line of Defense Shared Service leads the Risk & Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) program for the Enterprise Resilience team. You will facilitate RCSA deliverables, guide risk and control identification, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive KPI/KRI development while ensuring adherence to policy and regulatory expectations. The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the RCSA program deliverables – action plans, post effectiveness testing, and control evaluation.
•Facilitate the RCSA program to capture the risk and control environment while adhering to policy, standards, and guidebook requirements.
•Review workflows to identify and drive risk management and improve the control environment.
•Develop and maintain KPI and KRI frameworks, scorecards, and dashboards for the RCSA program.
•Ensure the RCSA system of record functions properly and coordinate with third-party vendors; provide UAT testing support as needed.

Key Requirements

•Strong financial services experience, specifically within operational risk, controls, or audit
•Working knowledge of audit, risk and operational management concepts and the ability to understand and interpret the impact of decisions
•Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in a clear, concise and effective manner, both verbal and written
•Ability to foster a positive and initiative-taking approach to process assessment and improvement and to identify trends and improve processes
•Familiarity with Fusion and/or Salesforce
•Experience performing regression testing
