Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in rotational assignments across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to gain broad CAE and engineering experience.

  • •Attend exchange and networking opportunities with the program team, leadership, and other SLP talents.
  • •Upon successful performance, receive support for potential follow-on roles that continue developing acquired skills.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Computational Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
  • •Very good knowledge of solid mechanics, structural mechanics, dynamics, material modeling, and fatigue life prediction.
  • •Hands-on experience with FEA tools such as Ansys, LS-Dyna, OptiStruct, or Radioss.
  • •Experience in fatigue-life post-processing tools such as FEMFAT or Ncode Design Life, plus 3D CAD with Dassault CATIA v5.
  • •Early-career profile: recent graduate or less than two years of professional experience, ideally with an internship/co-op; strong English and good German. , plus demonstrated leadership potential and curiosity.
