Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and oversee global executive compensation and variable pay programs (STI/LTI), including governance, reporting, and compliance.
  • •Own the compensation strategy and lead compensation products, policies, and communications that support company talent priorities.
  • •Coordinate board and HR senior leadership proposals, including competitive data, plan design implications, and executive compensation materials.
  • •Ensure cost and tax efficiency in partnership with Group Finance, Group Tax, and Legal; define budgeting and accrual principles.
  • •Oversee equity incentive plan design and governance areas such as executive grading and severance; manage vendor relationships and external networks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or adequate education with emphasis on business or Total Rewards.
  • •10+ years of overall work experience within HR, Compensation & Benefits.
  • •Minimally two years direct exposure to Executive Compensation.
  • •8+ years of leadership experience of direct or indirect teams.
  • •Experience working in an international matrix organization.
