Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Ensure accurate order fulfillment and communicate with customers when issues arise; support smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Guide Operations Associates to work safely and productively and act as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both warehouse and kitchen, assist with day-to-day tasks, lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven success in food and beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
  • •Ability to lead operations during shifts and guide associates to work safely and productively.
  • •Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent; organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets; schedule flexibility for different shifts.
