Project Manager

Lead execution of the system staging process for two-way radio systems at the Elgin Experience Center Systems Integration (EEC SI) team. Own project schedules, scope, deliverables, resourcing, and program status reporting; facilitate weekly team meetings; and manage program change. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to identify requirements, evaluate program strengths, and mitigate risks, including weekly material status and allocation of material shortages. Represent the organization in leadership roles for complex projects.
