Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end media financial workflows across global brands, including billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash application. Serve as the functional expert for Mediaocean platforms (Prisma and Spectra) while ensuring data integrity between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP. Produce reporting for spend/revenue status and month-end support, uphold SOX/audit controls, and help automate exception-based processing using AI-enabled validation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support end-to-end media financial workflows including billing, invoicing, vendor reconciliations, and client funding cash applications.
•Optimize Mediaocean systems by configuring settings, workflows, and templates to increase processing throughput.
•Maintain data integration and integrity between Mediaocean and Deltek Maconomy ERP, including master data consistency and issue resolution.
•Act as the liaison across agency finance, Shared Services (AP/AR), and IT to train users and onboard new agencies.
•Produce media financial reporting and support month-end close while ensuring governance, SOX/audit compliance, and automated exception-based controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
•2–5+ years of experience in agency media finance operations, financial systems support, or a centralized Shared Services (SSC/BPO) environment.
•Hands-on administrative or advanced operational experience using Mediaocean platforms (Prisma or Spectra).
•Strong financial literacy covering multi-currency billing, high-volume reconciliations, and AP/AR workflows.
•Advanced MS Excel skills for reconciling, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets across disconnected systems.
