Own the end-to-end governance of deposit disclosure inventory and related client communications, ensuring artifacts are accurate, compliant, consistent across delivery channels, and updated on required review cycles. Establish lifecycle processes and tracking tools, coordinate annual and event-driven disclosure reviews, assess impacts from regulatory and business initiatives, and partner across Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to remediate gaps and support audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the end-to-end governance of the deposit disclosure inventory, including tracking, version control, and completeness/accuracy across artifacts.
•Establish and maintain structured processes and procedures for disclosure lifecycle management, including job aids, tracking tools, and documentation standards for audit readiness.
•Manage annual and event-driven disclosure review cycles by coordinating updates driven by regulatory, product, system, and risk/audit findings with documented approvals.
•Assess impacts of business unit and enterprise initiatives on deposit disclosures and ensure prioritized updates are implemented in alignment with regulatory and product requirements.
•Serve as the central point of contact for disclosure inventory and governance processes, researching client communication requirements and escalating issues, risks, and control gaps.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent training).

•Knowledge of operational and other non-financial risks.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to use judgment with close supervision; occasional overnight travel.
