Manager III, Operations Management (M3) - Day Shift

Lead day-shift business operations as an Operations Workcenter Manager, managing supervisors and employees across key manufacturing activities such as assembly, inspection, testing, and final test. Drive production schedule prioritization, cycle-time and performance metric improvements, and respond to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction. Ensure EHS training compliance, coach and develop teams, and implement Lean and quality initiatives to optimize production capacity and continuous improvement.
