Job Summary

Lead financial planning and analysis for LAC by partnering with the Regional CFO and regional and functional leaders to deliver budget targets and long-term growth. Own commercially focused finance support across revenue budgets, forecasts, multi-year plans, and monthly close/reporting. Strengthen finance discipline and business decision support while driving process and tool enhancements, including financial systems implementation, to improve efficiency, cost savings, and risk-managed performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a key advisor to the Regional CFO and regional leadership to deliver financial targets in the budget and long-term growth.
•Manage revenue budgets, forecasts, multi-year plans, monthly financial close, and monthly financial reports for the region.
•Provide variance and trend insights to identify risks/opportunities and recommend mitigating actions to ensure targets are met.
•Lead multi-year planning, annual budgeting, and forecasting for revenues, client incentives, and operating expenses, coordinating inputs across geographies and functions.
•Lead and develop the Regional FP&A team, and continually enhance finance processes, tools, frameworks, and financial systems implementation for efficiency and cost savings.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 216,300 - 378,600 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD.
•15+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
•Mastery in finance, financial reporting & analysis, revenue, forecasting, and financial modeling.
•Experience in Electronic Payments and knowledge of Visa’s business and revenue streams.
•Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an advantage) with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional skills.
