Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and step in across the regional portfolio, shaping culture, approach, and aggressiveness across extended teams on multiple sites.
  • •Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers and raise the skillset of developers, contractors, owner’s-rep partners, and key trades.
  • •Own portfolio execution for schedule, quality, and safety outcomes measured against early-floor-access and floor-access milestones.
  • •Select, scope, contract, and manage owner’s-rep and project-management partners; change or replace partners when performance or culture slips.
  • •Set and enforce delivery standards across projects (integrated schedule, quality requirements, change control, reporting, and tools) and identify/clear early blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction, including several years as the owner’s or GC-side senior leader on a project campus.
  • •Lead a multi-project portfolio and build the team that delivered it.
  • •Know the end-to-end development process (entitlements/permits, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, handover) to direct partners.
  • •Have managed developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level and drive urgency beyond standard contract administration.
  • •Be on site most of the time and lead through presence while communicating clearly with technical and non-specialist stakeholders.
