Partner Success Engineer (Infrastructure)

Own a portfolio of strategic infrastructure partners and drive joint adoption of Deepgram across self-hosted, on-prem, dedicated, air-gapped, and edge environments. Lead technical discovery, demos, workshops, and deployment architecture guidance; run POCs and evaluations to validate voice AI models on partner infrastructure. Translate partner problems into actionable product inputs, identify and secure expansion opportunities, and support co-marketing and internal roadmap influence.
