Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other approved marketing tools to set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
  • •Process teller transactions, support retail product opening/servicing, and follow policies/procedures to manage and report risks while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (NMLS/MU4R registration).
