Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the standardization and automation of MRO and fixed asset procurement processes through procurement strategy execution and digital transformation.
  • •Handle MRO, project-related, and fixed asset procurement inquiries, price comparisons, order placement, and delivery follow-up; control project budgets and optimize costs.
  • •Manage supplier lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and performance evaluation, and execute supplier access risk assessments (EHS, anti-bribery, compliance).
  • •Analyze expenditures via a digital platform, monitor budget vs. execution discrepancies, and generate spend analytics performance reports with visualization.
  • •Manage end-to-end PR to PO control in the system to ensure data consistency and business compliance, and provide internal training on procurement processes and system operation.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years in purchasing or related with accountability for actual material cost results.
  • •3-5 years in purchasing analytical or commercial project experience.
  • •Ability to work in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Bachelor’s degree background preferred.
  • •Experience with procurement compliance and end-to-end PR to PO process control.
