Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians (Mechanics), coordinating and supervising quality performance.
  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, and diagnose issues faster using data across makes and models.
  • •Order parts and schedule repairs for both customer and company-owned rental equipment.
  • •Maintain and nurture customer relationships by ensuring high service satisfaction and keeping customers up to date on support improvements.
  • •Train and develop employees while maintaining a safe work environment and promptly resolving customer inquiries and communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally 3 years of maintenance and service experience, with industry knowledge from the rental industry or related construction field.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair, with experience leading maintenance teams.
  • •Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with verbal and written communication for customer support.
  • •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company and stay up to date on EquipmentShare products and services.
  • •High School diploma; trade school certificate preferred, plus a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (21+ to operate company vehicle).
