Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, build, and maintain distributed AI-augmented enterprise software platforms across .NET Core/.NET Framework, Python, Java, Go, and C++ runtimes.
  • •Translate business/product requirements into scalable system designs and lead architectural design reviews, code-quality standards, and code reviews.
  • •Design and implement Generative AI capabilities in learning and analytics products, including RAG pipelines and conversational learner-support agents.
  • •Build GenAI integrations and agent infrastructure (including MCP servers and Microsoft agent frameworks) with enterprise security controls.
  • •Own release management/CI/CD pipelines, observability/monitoring, and on-call incident response, including incident/change management and blameless postmortems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science/Engineering or related) with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 8+ years.
  • •Expert-level C# on .NET Core/.NET Framework delivering enterprise SaaS/hosted apps in production.
  • •Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and building Generative/Conversational AI apps including RAG and enterprise integrations.
  • •Experience designing AI agent-based applications using Microsoft Agent Framework and deploying Microsoft Declarative Agents for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • •Strong full-stack/server development experience plus cloud and data skills: Azure, Snowflake, Kafka/Redis/MongoDB, REST APIs, and Docker/Kubernetes/CI/CD.
