Job Summary

Design, build, and operate low-latency crypto trading infrastructure across trading lifecycle. Work on venue connectivity, pricing/execution engines, data platforms, and risk analytics with senior and staff engineers, collaborating with liquidity managers, product managers, and desk developers to deliver scalable, high-performance systems for global crypto markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and operate scalable, low-latency trading infrastructure and microservices for 24/7 crypto market operations
•Build and maintain connectivity to centralized exchanges, DeFi venues, and counterparties using FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, HTTP/2, and REST
•Develop and maintain core services across the trading lifecycle: strategy/execution engines, auto-pricing bots, order execution, and risk analytics
•Architect high-throughput order execution with sub-millisecond latency and real-time market-data pipelines
•Implement pre-trade risk controls, circuit breakers, monitoring, and auto-recovery to ensure 24x7 stability

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline
•Typically 3–8 years in software or data engineering with exposure to trading, OMS, middle/post-trade, or latency-sensitive systems
•Strong proficiency in Java (17+), Rust, C++, or Python with focus on code quality and reliability
•Experience with FIX 5.0+, WebSocket, HTTP/2, and REST; knowledge of network protocols and TCP/UDP optimization
•Strong SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with Redis and Kafka; Linux/Unix; Docker/Kubernetes; cloud platforms
