•Identify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can service and research why they may need support.
•Reach out to prospective customers across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Run focused outbound campaigns based on hiring signals, job postings, company growth, and operational pain points.
•Conduct early discovery conversations to understand needs, pain points, urgency, and openness to remote/AI-enabled workforce solutions.
•Book qualified appointments for Account Executives and maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and pipeline data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,000 - 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•Proven experience prospecting and running high-volume outbound outreach (including cold calling and appointment setting).
•Strong written and verbal communication, able to get to the point and make messaging compelling.
•Comfort reaching out to companies that may not have considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, or offshore talent before.
•Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
