Own end-of-month accounting deliverables for Sika Mongolia, including timely ledger reconciliations, subledger-to-general-ledger alignment, and monthly trial balance adjustments. Prepare payroll and related accounting with strict confidentiality, and manage daily cash flow controls covering payments, accounts payable, and bank status. Handle sales, payroll, fringe benefit, and other tax return preparation, plus maintain fixed assets and support capital expenditure control while supervising the accounting team.
