Key Responsibilities

•Provide estimate and cost planning including presenting the final cost plan.
•Estimate at conceptual, programming and detailed levels and assist on feasibility studies.
•Manage procurement processes including pre-qualification, bid analysis, and contract documents.
•Lead cost management activities and valuations on larger projects; ensure timely cost checking and valuation processes.
•Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present to the client; contribute to value engineering and final accounts.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience preparing cost estimates.
•Experience in Data center, Pharma, Oil and Gas preferred.
