Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and supervise daily local station, upcountry, and export dispatch operations and oversee day-to-day warehousing and dispatch activities.
  • •Process and generate outbound dispatch documents (Delivery Notes, Sales Invoices, Goods Issue Slips, Gate Passes) accurately in the ERP prior to physical dispatch.
  • •Ensure warehouse and loading/unloading safety, PPE compliance, clear emergency exits, and basic risk assessments for goods handling.
  • •Coordinate exports from Pakistan via freight forwarders and shipping lines, ensuring timely export documentation and shipment execution.
  • •Perform stock movements and inventory audits (transfers, issues, adjustments, reconciliations) and lead bi-annual physical stock counting, reporting, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of proven experience in dispatch, logistics, and warehouse management (preferably exports and nationwide distribution).
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics) for invoices, delivery notes, and stock ledger updates.
  • •Advanced MS Excel skills for data reporting and inventory analysis.
  • •Strong knowledge of local and upcountry logistics, customs, and export procedures, plus warehouse safety compliance and HSE protocols.
