Key Responsibilities

  • •Support planning and execution of annual and cyclical compensation processes (e.g., merit reviews, promotions, incentive payouts) through data preparation, validation, tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
  • •Analyze and interpret compensation and market data to recommend salary ranges, pay positioning, promotions, adjustments, and job offers.
  • •Coordinate and administer regional compensation and benefits programs, maintaining accurate records, templates, trackers, and audit/governance documentation.
  • •Respond to compensation-related inquiries from HR and business stakeholders, providing guidance and escalating complex or sensitive cases as needed.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR Operations, Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal) to implement compensation decisions and program changes accurately and on time.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of experience in related positions, ideally in compensation, rewards, HR operations, or people analytics within a data-focused HR environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of core compensation concepts and processes, including salary structures, market data, job evaluation, incentives, and pay equity with regulatory/compliance considerations.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and comfort with HR systems, reports, trackers, and shared collaboration tools.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential compensation data.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a similar field and fluent English (no exceptions).
