•Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
•Get to know customers’ personal financial goals and recommend tailored solutions to help achieve them, such as planning for the future, buying a home or opening a credit card.
•Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions via the bank app or ATMs, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for more complex needs.
•Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.
•Follow all financial policies and procedures, including cash handling and compliance with state and local laws.
