Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Own critical machine learning subsystems in production for a proactive, long-horizon AI assistant. Design and ship reliable systems at scale by handling end-to-end ML work—data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration—while debugging failures using real production signals. Collaborate with research, product, and engineering to deliver user impact, and mentor fellow ML engineers. Operate under production constraints including latency, cost, reliability, and safety.
