Job Summary

Support the execution of regional merchandising and fragrance category strategies by adapting assortment, allocation, and activation plans to local market needs. Ensure product relevance and inventory optimization across stores and e-commerce, monitor performance and provide market insights, and drive continuous improvements. Manage SKU-level assortments, brand lifecycles, planograms, brand calendars, and sales forecasting. Collaborate with store, regional, e-commerce, PR, and education teams to deliver launches, promotions, and omnichannel brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Support regional merchandising strategy execution by adapting assortment, allocation, and activation plans to local market needs.
•Manage SKU-level fragrance assortments and planograms to maintain an optimal product mix and maximize brand visibility.
•Monitor stock levels across stores and e-commerce, identify overstock/slow-moving risks, and recommend corrective action plans.
•Coordinate brand activations, launches, promotional campaigns, and thematic animations across retail and e-commerce channels.
•Prepare monthly category/brand performance reports and track budgets by country and store with clear recommendations based on performance and market insights.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Merchandising, Category Management, Brand Management, Buying, or a related commercial role, preferably within beauty, fragrance, FMCG, or retail.
•Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
•Proven experience managing brands, assortments, and commercial partnerships.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with retail planning and reporting tools is an advantage.
