Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance rules, data structures, and logic across onboarding, contracts, entitlements, compensation, benefits, time and attendance, payroll execution, and offboarding.
•Ensure EOR, COR, and Global Payroll products remain compliant across 150+ jurisdictions.
•Build systems for automation, reliability, and speed so local-law updates propagate with minimal friction.
•Partner with Legal and Operations to convert manual, error-prone processes into auditable, self-serve workflows.
•Make compliance invisible to customers while keeping it a core foundation for product growth.
