Job Summary

Support the Maintenance Department by performing daily maintenance support tasks, participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement activities, and helping improve the efficiency and effectiveness of site maintenance operations. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance instructions and forms, attach completed PM records to Apriso work orders, and convert PM findings into action plans. Participate in safety systems including Connect and Engage, Concern Reporting, Daily Improvement, and 5S.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily support tasks for the Maintenance Department, including participation in problem-solving teams and developing standard work.
•Participate in safety systems and processes including Connect and Engage, Concern Reporting, Daily Improvement, and 5S.
•Participate in continuous improvement activities using various improvement methods to improve maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
•Develop and maintain preventive maintenance (PM) instructions and forms using Op Ex skills (standard work observations, time studies, etc.).
•Attach/upload completed PM records to Apriso work orders and convert PM findings into action plans for equipment improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26.07 - 30.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Two-year technical degree or equivalent certification/work experience.
•Capable user of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
•Ability to author technical instructions based on work observations.
•Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and principles.
•Understanding of Lockout-Tagout, electrical safety, and machine guarding.
