Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business teams to establish sales forecasts, run monthly S&OP reviews, and oversee the SOE model to address demand/supply imbalances
  • •Lead affiliate task forces to manage supply constraints and ensure optimal product availability during planning constraints
  • •Oversee inventory management, including stock optimization, stock-out prevention, expiration management, and minimizing wastage
  • •Manage relationships and operations with logistics providers, vendors, and wholesalers/customers to meet KPIs and maintain competitive costs
  • •Ensure compliance by producing/storing documentation, executing SOPs, and supporting audits under GDP/GMP standards

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of supply chain management experience in a multinational company
  • •Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university minimum
  • •CIPM preferred
  • •Intermediate English with ability to communicate in business conversations
  • •Experience in chemical and manufacturing industries
