Operating Model Design Manager | Banking

Support delivery of a new Target Operating Model for a large-scale Third Party Risk Management transformation within a global bank. Coordinate operating model design across multiple workstreams, lead end-to-end process mapping, and maintain programme documentation. Prepare and facilitate stakeholder workshops, ensure design outputs stay aligned across teams, and partner with the Design Lead and programme teams to support successful implementation in a complex, regulated environment.
