Job Summary

Provide operational and technical support to field teams and the Anchors & Fasteners specialty group, answering product questions using technical data and proprietary design tools. Create engineering product submittals to support DEWALT specified products and analyze jobsite and construction pipeline data to generate sales leads. Maintain and analyze CRM records and support opportunity pipeline development while collaborating with sales and field engineering teams across a remote territory with periodic travel.

•Collaborate with field engineers and ANF specialists to provide operational support and answer product questions using technical data and design software.
•Develop understanding of fastening products and how they’re used in construction in accordance with current building codes.
•Create engineering product submittals to facilitate sales of DEWALT specified products.
•Analyze jobsite data and upcoming construction projects to provide leads using Dodge Pipeline and Salesforce.
•Maintain and analyze client records in CRM to support opportunity pipeline development for the ANF team.
