•Develop and lead a globally distributed team of Candidate Experience Leads & Coordinators (CECs) across US, EMEA, and APAC
•Foster a cohesive team culture across time zones with engagement and aligned goals
•Set the vision and strategy for candidate experience globally, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences across regions and hiring stages
•Own and evolve the candidate journey from interview scheduling through offer acceptance, identifying friction points and implementing scalable solutions
•Build and maintain dashboards to track metrics such as scheduling SLAs, candidate satisfaction (NPS), and coordinator productivity

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 73,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a people management role
•Demonstrated experience managing distributed or global teams across multiple time zones and regions
•Deep understanding of the candidate lifecycle and best practices for high-volume, high-quality interview experience
•Strong operational mindset with a track record of building scalable processes and driving measurable improvements
•Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and scheduling tools; comfort with data and reporting
