Job Summary

Join the Food and Beverage team to curate and present hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that meet FIVE’s “FIVE-Star” standards. You’ll take orders, make tailored recommendations, process payments, operate the point-of-sale system, and maintain premium menu knowledge. Keep the bar area luxurious, organized, and well-stocked through inventory tracking and stock checks while strictly following health and safety and responsible alcohol service practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Curate and present hand-crafted alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with FIVE-Star preparation, presentation, and taste standards.
•Engage with guests by taking orders, making tailored recommendations, and providing detailed information about beverage offerings.
•Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale system according to FIVE’s service standards.
•Maintain bar luxury and cleanliness by ensuring a well-decorated, organized space and keeping supplies, garnishes, and glassware stocked.
•Manage inventory through usage tracking, reordering, regular stock checks, and consistently follow health and safety and responsible alcohol service practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: AED 1,800 monthly

Key Requirements

•Proven bartending experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment, delivering exceptional guest experiences.
•A bartending certification or related professional training (preferred).
•Extensive knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests and stakeholders.
•Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
