Build strong relationships with retail and business customers by advising them on banking needs through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions. Proactively outreach and follow up to understand goals, assess financial requirements, and recommend deposit and loan solutions. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business products (including digital/self-service), open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications to ensure an excellent customer experience.
