Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out routine preventive maintenance for instrumentation and control systems according to schedules and procedures.
  • •Monitor equipment condition and report non-conformances to the Instrumentation & Control Supervisor.
  • •Respond to instrumentation/control failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • •Troubleshoot equipment using required tools and spare parts, including diagnosis, repair, parts replacement, cleaning, and reassembly.
  • •Align, adjust, and calibrate instrumentation systems and maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Technical Certificate or Associate’s Diploma in Instrument Engineering.
  • •3–5 years of experience in instrumentation & control maintenance as a technician in a plant environment, including installation and maintenance of electronic equipment.
  • •Practical knowledge of relevant plant equipment and maintenance principles.
  • •Awareness of HSE and Quality standards, including knowledge of first-aid measures.
