  • •Guide engineers’ growth by helping them develop new skills, expand ownership, and overcome challenges.
  • •Lead recruiting and hiring for the team; define and execute the team’s engineering strategy.
  • •Establish metrics, dashboards, and alerting for operational health and delivery success; continuously improve operational excellence and interfaces across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years directly leading engineering teams.
  • •Proven experience designing and operating high-load real-time systems in production.
  • •Proficiency in Python and experience with a major cloud platform (AWS preferred); familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
  • •Solid understanding of system architecture and API design principles.
  • •Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers in fast-growing teams, with excellent written and verbal English communication.
