Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, deployment, and management of AI agents and automated workflows across the internal tech stack to support go-to-market teams
•Optimize cross-platform processes related to lead management, forecasting, and partner enablement, leveraging tools like Salesforce, Genesys, and middleware
•Administer and support a broad tech stack including Salesforce, Pardot, Workato, Ironclad, and various conversational AI platforms
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design robust integrations and backend systems that power a unified employee experience
•Design and launch MVPs for new AI-driven tools and automation experiments in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of cross-tool administration or platform operations with a focus on building automated workflows
•Proven experience developing or managing AI agents, bots, or advanced LLM-based integrations within a business context
•Strong engineering and platform mindset with proficiency in APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools (e.g., Workato)
•Experience administering Salesforce within a broader ecosystem; Salesforce certification is a plus but not the primary focus
•Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions across multiple platforms
