Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with planning and execution of production operations consistent with cost, profit, and productivity objectives.
  • •Help develop production schedules, forecast inventory requirements, and manage inventory rotation and month-end inventory activities.
  • •Monitor output, yields, and scrap, track performance against efficiency and quality standards, and initiate corrective actions.
  • •Support staffing, training, supervision, coaching, and performance reviews for assigned operations.
  • •Ensure operations follow company standards and OSHA and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including housekeeping and asset safeguarding.
