Job Summary

Use healthcare and product expertise to help customers successfully contract and implement InterSystems solutions. Serve as a clinical expert (nursing/doctor/midwife) who understands customer workflows, assesses best-fit standard implementations, and minimizes variations. Lead discovery, induction, configuration setup, validation (including migrated data), and on-site go-live support. Create functional documentation, deliver training and demonstrations, and coordinate with InterSystems teams throughout adoption and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

•Review proposals and tender documentation to identify functional gaps and present proposed solutions to customers.
•Analyze customer processes, map product components to propose standard solutions, and minimize variations from InterSystems products.
•Set up customer site configurations, create and execute validation scripts, support validation, and troubleshoot issues during implementation.
•Deliver induction, training, product demonstrations, and workshops; train customer trainers on TrakCare functions and provide on-site go-live support.
•Coordinate with InterSystems departments to resolve issues, complete support handover, maintain traceable documentation, and stay current on new product developments.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years’ experience working in healthcare with a strong understanding of clinical processes.
•Experience with EMR systems.
•Understanding and experience with Hospital Information, Patient Administration (PAS), and Clinical Information Systems.
•Experience working in a nursing role within a hospital environment.
•Excellent communication and experience conducting customer training, workshops, and/or presentations.
