Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day inbound and outbound logistics with outsourced logistics providers, including hands-on warehouse and shopfloor operations (receiving, manual material movement, box stacking, packing, inventory counts).
  • •Align operational processes with outsourced logistics operations providers and internal organizations.
  • •Execute inventory-related tasks including MRB, cycle counts, and inventory reporting.
  • •Prepare import/export documentation (e.g., customs declarations, shipper’s letter of instruction, shipper’s export declaration, import certificate) and support lawful import/export activities.
  • •Support invoice accuracy, review daily metrics/KPIs impact, and ensure compliance with quality standards and QMS operating procedures while identifying process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of experience in logistics or related work.
  • •Basic working knowledge of SAP, especially inventory management and goods movement transactions (e.g., goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers).
  • •Ability to manage straightforward operational problems and follow established business processes and work instructions.
  • •Experience across inventory responsibilities such as MRB, cycle counts, and inventory reporting.
  • •Capability to support compliance with QMS operating procedures and participate in continuous improvement programs.
