  • •Coordinate and manage all phases of the settlement process for high-volume litigation matters.
  • •Prepare, organize, and manage settlement-related documents and internal case management and document review databases.
  • •Assist with intake, review, evaluation, management, and organization of claims information using approved technologies.

Salary: USD 125,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
  • •3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with settlement or claims administration experience.
  • •Experience with mass tort or multidistrict litigation (MDL) and high-volume settlement administration.
  • •Familiarity with medical records, lien resolution, and Medicare reporting requirements.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with matter management systems and AI tools (e.g., Harvey, Pattern and/or Case Manager Pro a plus).
