Key Responsibilities

•Administer and ensure efficient daily operations of full-service branch offices in the assigned geographic market.
•Manage and develop retail, lending, and business development staff; hire, coach, and lead the retail support team.
•Coordinate with management to attain market, region, and company objectives; maintain and develop market business.
•Ensure compliance oversight, accurate and timely operational functions, and annual performance review completion and disciplinary action.
•Lead community and business initiatives, including civic participation, market meetings, SWOT analysis, and reporting market results to executive management or boards.

Key Requirements

•Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, and finance; equivalent to a four-year college degree.
•9 to 10 years related experience and/or training, plus 9 to 10 years of related management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to read, analyze, and understand financial reports and legal documents, and respond to complex customer/regulatory inquiries.
•Ability to calculate financial figures (discounts, interest, commissions, percentages) and apply quantitative concepts to practical situations.
•Ability to set and communicate clear, actionable sales and service goals for the market and plan activities to achieve them.
