Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage factory capacity modeling, planning, and optimization to meet customer demand.
  • •Use data analysis and complex modeling to improve factory/network output with recommendations on tools, conversions, and transfers.
  • •Conduct studies for cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems, then develop and implement plans/programs.
  • •Optimize factory capacity and space utilization across short- and long-term horizons to support business needs.
  • •Define and manage tool metrics, monitor performance, improve runrate/labor/workflow productivity, and identify/resolve factory constraints to minimize capital expenditures.
