Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards and support stockroom standards for a safe, efficient environment.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while executing operations-focused directives and initiatives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to stand and move for an entire shift and work constantly around the store.
