Project Manager (Legal)

Lead and manage a small, critical team of paralegals supporting the Trust Legal division. Oversee distribution of legal process, ensuring trust-division pleadings and correspondence are researched, routed, and tendered appropriately. Manage responses to subpoenas, conduct advanced legal research on trust accounts and legacy matters, and support attorneys on documentation and governance projects. Supervise staff performance while coordinating with internal departments and external agencies in a hybrid role.
