Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire and life-safety, and control systems while keeping facility/building systems within applicable standards.
  • •Comply with building operations and work-safety codes, regulations, governmental agency directives, and company directives.
  • •Maintain an energy management program and ensure systems operate efficiently.
  • •Assist with and execute preventive maintenance to meet or exceed rated equipment lifespans, including emergency repairs as needed.
  • •Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure they operate within design capabilities and achieve client-prescribed environmental conditions.
