  • •Implement an alert ingestion and triage approach for network infrastructure and applications, escalating to internal resources and the outsourced network operations center.
  • •Manage major incident management, change management, network operations center, helpdesk, and field support responsibilities.
  • •Lead and manage direct reports and oversee outsourced field services and helpdesk vendors for contractual service levels and escalations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination of background, skills, and experience).
  • •8+ years’ experience managing or direct involvement in IT Operations.
  • •Proven effective leadership of a team of 5–8 direct reports and responsibility for sub teams of 15+ associates.
  • •Extensive familiarity with ServiceNow, ITSM, ITIL, and other IT process management tools and processes.
  • •Extensive oversight experience of Change/Incident Management policies and procedures, with strong customer service focus and urgency.
