Key Responsibilities

  • •Audit a large product area end-to-end by cataloging bugs, inconsistencies, and content gaps in a clear, trackable format.
  • •Turn findings into concise, actionable recommendations and help teams escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Own content fixes that come out of the audit and track their status by proactively following up with design and product teams.
  • •Support user testing and dogfooding sessions by capturing insights that inform content decisions.
  • •Explore AI tools to build reusable personas and skills that speed up the team’s content workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • •A good eye for detail and inconsistency in UX copy.
  • •Curiosity about AI tooling and how it can streamline content workflows.
  • •Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Content Design, UX Writing, or a related discipline.
  • •Available to start ASAP, 5 days a week, for a minimum of 3 months (6 months preferred).
