Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the global contingent workforce strategy and governance framework aligned to business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk standards.
  • •Establish policies, intake workflows, approval gates, and engagement criteria for contingent labor and outsourced services.
  • •Define and govern the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle framework, including onboarding, extensions, conversions, and offboarding.
  • •Set the contingent workforce technology roadmap, own data quality, and build enterprise dashboards and KPIs for spend, utilization, supplier performance, and compliance.
  • •Own worker classification and co-employment risk, run periodic audits, and support audit readiness and regulatory reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually
