Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide global technical support for Surface Drilling equipment and systems, both remotely and on site.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with worldwide customer centers and service organizations.
  • •Conduct technical and operator training sessions for service technicians and customers.
  • •Contribute customer insights to product development, validation activities, and continuous product improvements.
  • •Support new product introductions and improvement initiatives at the Örebro factory, expanding knowledge across multiple machine platforms.
