Job Summary

Lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor as a true Pandora fan. Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs. Drive brand loyalty through strong product knowledge and unforgettable shopping moments, recruit and develop top talent, and partner with divisional leadership and HR to address performance and policy issues while executing visual merchandising and operational processes.

•Coach and manage Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to drive sales and meet KPIs.

•Recruit, retain, and develop top talent across seasonal and core hiring; support succession and internal mobility.
•Ensure timely visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development; partner with divisional sales and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.
