Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and offer deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity and behavior/outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to drive client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions; support teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience building new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales experience prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objections, and asking fact-finding questions (preferred).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
